Dr. Ricardo Espinoza has 38 years of experience in all levels and positions in the field of education. Not only has he taught all grade levels, but has experience in the roles of director, assistant principal, principal, adjunct professor, professional development presenter, and superintendent. Also, Dr. Espinoza has a wealth of sales experience in many areas not limited to retail.

His published doctoral thesis titled “Hispanic Superintendents in Illinois: Current Trends and Challenges” is considered seminal research in the field of minority leadership in Illinois.
Madeline Study has three years of experience in public education. She has taught first and second grades, and has guest lectured in a variety of Early Childhood grade levels. Ms. Study earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary education with a focus in Bilingual education, and pursued a minor in the Spanish Language.
Prior to teaching, she served as assistant to the director of Centro Cultural Hispano de San Marcos. There, she coordinated events and fostered relations with prospective donors, as well as taught classes in Spanish Language and Latin dance.
